scooter features 13" wheels giving this scooter a smoother ride than 150cc scooters with 10" and 12" wheels.
At 59 MPH the MC-23 is one of the fastest scooters in the 150cc class. The fully automatic transmission is operated by the simple to use 'twist & go' throttle acceleration. Braking is
provided by disc brakes on both the front wheel, and drum brakes on the wheel. The front wheel also features ABS. The scooter has ample storage with
the included rear trunk.

The MC-23 uses two circular front headlights, which give the front of this scooter the appearance that it has a pair of "bug eyes". Or, depending on how you look at the
scooter, they could appear as nostrils, with the eyes and ears being the turn signals.
The dual circular appearance of the headlights is duplicated in the dashboard guages.
This scooter offers a three tone color scheme, combining black and white tones with your choice of red, blue, or yellow.
